She is one of the founders of Salchev & Partners. In 1998 Mrs. Salcheva graduated from the Mathematics High School in Yambol. In 2004 she successfully completed a Law degree at “St. Kliment Ohridski” Sofia University. Languages: English.

Mrs. Salcheva has extensive and diverse experience as a legal counsel, a notary and a layer – a member of the Sofia Bar association.

Mrs. Salcheva has deep knowledge and expertise in real estate law, administrative law, spatial planning and development, intellectual property law, law on obligation and contracts, trade law. She has specialized in drawing up due diligence analysis for companies and real estates, as well as in providing legal advice on real estate contracts and all rights in rem. She has provided legal advice on real estate contracts for privatized companies and other companies, structuring the deals, contributions, transfer of trade undertakings, consultations on the construction and operation of wind, energy and photovoltaic power plants. Mrs. Salcheva has profound knowledge and significant expertise in providing legal advice of vast privatized telecommunication companies in reference with the issuing of property titles (notary deeds). She has specialized in real estate due diligence, examining the spatial statute of huge territories intended for undertaking of construction works, public communications and manufacture, structuring the contracts in reference with vast land plots and company premises (whole establishments, grounds and buildings).

Mrs. Salcheva represents legal entities and natural persons in real estate and border disputes; disputes for liquidation and division of joint property; rectification of errors and omissions in the cadastral maps and registers; intellectual property disputes; succession matters; full range of restitution claims; family and matrimonial disputes; consultations on legal matrimonial regime, legal regime of division or contractual regime (matrimonial contracts), as well as changes in the chosen matrimonial property regime; maintenance cases, establishment and contestation of origin.
