Insolvency
The leading partner of Salchev & Partners has been registered as а trustee in bankruptcy and has considerable experience in management, representation and control over insolvent companies, management of bankruptcy assets, admission of claims and contesting claims, initiating annulment actions, selling bankruptcy assets, recovery procedures.
